I spend my Christmas morning visiting this place & it was totally worth the drive. The fair is on a huge lot, (private property of course) but was completely run down and beautiful. The drive from the main road to the entrance is fairly quick, and there is so much to explore. Definitely wouldn't recommend climbing on any buildings or going inside, they were quite decayed and looked like they were ready to fall down. But if you decide to make this a stop on your trip it's totally worth it! You just have to bite the bullet and decide if it's worth getting arrested or not. Safe travels!
