This unassuming, roadside eatery is a serious hidden gem. The cajun aesthetic and food is OUTSTANDING. Seriously, the Shrimp Po’boy is the best sandwich I think I’ve ever had. This was the first stop of many that we made that day, about four hours from home, and I would honestly take the drive again just for this food!
It was fresh, hot, and simple recipes that were done with the upmost of skill and flavoring that made it just. Fantastic. A clean and aesthetically pleasing interior, with a gorgeous little outdoor seating area, and a seriously stocked bar. I ordered a Nitro Iced Coffee that was nicely chilled and very strong. 10/10.
