I guess I'm getting old. I like to get away and relax at an RV park. My fellow campers wanted to get away and party all weekend. Almost. First night was very noisy. Kids and adults walking through campsites. Kids running around until midnight. Second night was much quieter. Would be a nice stay mid-week but I would avoid weekends. Quiet hours not enforced.

We checked in at 12 noon on Friday and got the Passport America rate for Friday and Saturday nights. The check in was VERY quick and the staff at the desk answered every question I had before I even asked. The pull thru site was easy to find and get into. Utilities were well laid out and easy to access. There is a parking bollard that protects the power pedestal that is very close to the concrete pad where you park your RV so watch your slide outs. This seemed to be the case at every site. Sites are pretty close together and that was really the only downside to this RV park. The folks in the next spot were smoking cigars so we had to close up all our windows and couldn't enjoy the night breezes. Luckily they were only there one night and we were able to enjoy the next night. Great for a one or two night stop over.

Pool area was clean. Laundry room was clean but the washers looked a little dirty. Lots of gunk where you pour in the soap and fabric softener.

Jackson Rancheria really knows how run their RV park. It's clean and quiet. Sites are large, easy to get into, and has much less of the party crowd that I keep seeming to run into. Conveniently close to Jackson and Sutter Creek.

This is a beautiful RV resort located in a beautiful part of gold country. We stayed for three nights. We stayed in a back in spot nestled in between a bunch of tent sites. BIG mistake. There was apparently a birthday celebration that weekend and no one warned us. Quiet hours as published in their literature were not observed. We called the after hours number and the woman was a bit dismissive of our noise complaint. The noise in this park is the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. If you do stay here, avoid the tenting areas. It's party central.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this may not be your park. If you like a park with a social and party atmosphere then you will enjoy it.
