The best thing I can say is that Bill, the desk manager was extremely friendly and helpful and the place is pet friendly (for a $10 fee). The room, two queen beds smelled musty (likely due to the mini fridge leaking on the carpet and the mildew in the shower), and was worn and outdated. The bedding appeared clean with no sign of bed bugs, but I would not have been surprised. Major deferred maintenance with some fire safety violations (like the fire hose being covered by a piece of cardboard where the glass door was broken). Unlike the rest of the property, the pool was pleasant, and appeared clean and well maintained. If you make more than $30k a year, skip this place and find something nicer.
