We didn’t actually stop here so I can’t speak for the amenities but when I called the host he was very nice. It’s a 24hr cash pay drop box-type place. Show up any time and pick your spot. I am writing a review because it helps smaller places like this since there are no photos or other reviews. Would consider if we drive through the area again.

Very nice facility, clean, what a typical KOA should be. Staff is very friendly and good/easy service for after hours check in. Better for an overnight or a day, wouldn’t do extended stay just based on location unless your end goal is Amarillo. A previous review talked about the train, which you can hear from any spot but unless you’re a light sleeper it wasn’t bothersome. Good playground for kids, alright space for pets. Not far from the interstate and gas station.
Very nice park, pet friendly with 3 fenced dog areas. Restrooms showers rec room, laundry. Easy access with gas station nearby. Very accommodating, we did an after hours check in. Highly recommend for long term or just passing through (which is what we did). Military, AAA and some other discounts but very good price anyways.
