Don't skip Capitol Reef! Definitely the underdog of Utah. Spend the time to hike and off road and you'll get a one-of-a-kind, intimate national park experience

Just did this yesterday, mid January, and the roads were snowy, but drivable. I would't do this even in the summer if you are not very confident in your abilities, as well as your cars. Amazing views of Waterpocket, the Henrys, and so much more.
