Find the sapphire point trail using a maps app, I am not sure if this one gets you to the exact location.

That being said, this is a must. It is an easy loop with no real incline. It was gorgeous during sunrise.

It was a little challenging in the winter with just snow boots and the view to the lake was not what we hoped for. We wouldn’t rush to do this trail again, but perhaps it is better in the summer. We heard there is a waterfall.
