When we stopped the night before the guest services employees were both very helpful and nice! However, the morning shop opening employee was the rudest person we have ever encountered! First he unlocked the shop door and slammed the door behind himself (right in our faces). We asked him if they sold coffee. He said he hadn't made any yet. We told him we would come back later then to which he replied "That's assuming I'm going to make some." What a jerk!
