12810 N Port Des Morts Dr is a private dwelling, there is no lighthouse there or anywhere on the northern tip of the main land. This lighthouse is on Plumb Island, which is view-able from the ferry landing with perhaps a set of binoculars.

No point stopping here if your a fan outside of filling up. Its just an normal gas station with nothing significant to the Walking Dead.
