I am not sure if the staff was just tired, or just that it's just their nature.
My experience so far has not been grand at all.
Traveling several hours to enjoy the christkind market .
I thought a nice place to stay would add enjoyment to our trip.
I was greeted at the main entrance area, with " what are you doing" while looking to check in.
Check in.. there were three people and the desk was so dark I was not sure if I was in the right place.
Finally was waved down for help by the farthest attendant to check in after several min.
Being from out of town.. this trip they hotel, has not met the description they have posted.
Honestly, it is okay for the staff to be friendly.

I guess I will see what happens the rest of our stay.
