We stayed here on two different none consecutive nights on our trip up to and down from Oregon. Friendly staff, great gaming, and diesel onsite. You must check in with security and park in the upper left hand or upper middle of the parking lot. Generators are allowed until 10 PM, which was unexpected and nice! No car camping.

We stayed here April 2023. Nice place with all the essentials. We picked a riverside back in site, that was just feet from the rushing river.

This park has a retro feel. You can tell there are a few long timers. But mostly families visiting for the weekend or week. Short walk to the beach and to Morro rock. If it wasn’t so hard to get reservations we would be coming back more often.

This camp site was awesome! Shade everywhere you go. We squeezed our Jayco 32BHDS into site 4. Just enough room! Next time we might try site 8. Much larger asphalt pad. All of the sites are only yards away from the Umpqua river. Camp host was very cool. He didn’t bother us a bit, but when I had questions he was friendly and full of knowledge on the area. When we got there we thought having zero cell service was a bad thing, but it is so nice to unplug from the outside world for a few days. The campsite has a land line phone near the firewood shed for emergency and local calls. We are definitely coming back next summer.
