Nice, clean, well maintained park on a clean ~200 acre lake, speed boats allowed, boat ramp on the property, several docks appear to be available for rent. Park has nice playground and basketball court for the kids and lots of trees for the dogs. Plenty of sites will fit big rigs, but there are definitely several sites that will only fit smaller rigs so choose wisely. Some sites have full hookups but there is also a dump station on the property. Wifi is truly park-wide at about 50 down but only 1 up, fine for streaming but probably not for working.

If you need a nice campsite with room, go elsewhere. If you are looking for a place convenient to the NP then this may work. Some quick points: Plenty of length for large rigs but nearly all sites are very narrow, some you may not even have room for your awning. All non-sewer sites (lower level, before the office) are flat, but most full hookup sites are on a side hill-many don’t even have a flat spot for a couple chairs. We never had any reception all week with either ATT or T-Mobile, only reception was camp wifi within 100 feet of the office.

Pretty much every site is suitable for big rigs. We have a 38’ 5th wheel that would have fit in every spot except for a couple. Some spots have the fire pit and picnic table on the wrong side , not sure what that is about. Water hookups are only in “D loop” sites, but they are planning to add more in 2024. Don’t fret about “lakeside” since none of those sites have a lake view. Several playgrounds plus a volleyball court and horseshoe pit. They have kayaks for rent also.

Clean campground, fairly good size sites though not much privacy. The biggest issue, at least in early October, is the wind: it can be brutal. We’ve been here three falls now and all have been windy. Plenty of spots big enough for our 38’ fifth wheel.
