We just needed a place to work for a week. Most sites appear to be seasonal or annual and are quite close together, but we were able to book one of 9 pull through sites located at the back of the park. Roads are narrow but our 33 foot Airstream squeezed through ok. Site was easy to pull into. Nice concrete pad with picnic table, full 50 amp hookups.
We did not use facilities. Person we spoke to at front desk, who we worked with regarding our late check in, was very nice. There were a few events like movies and an ice cream social while we were here. Mostly things were pretty quiet.
I posted photos of our Verizon and Starlink internet speeds. Both were great.

Office staff were kind and welcoming. We were assigned a site that required us to parallel park our 33’ Airstream. Just be aware…
We were among full-timers. They were OK. No one bothered us. Not all permanents were maintained to the standards that are supposedly set by Encore, but most were fine.
We would stay here again but it would not be our first choice in Florida.
Starlink quality was great.

My five star rating is based on the location of our site. We were on Skimmer Street and loved it. We rode around the park a few times on our bikes and can say that we would not have been as happy in other sections of the park. The key is to arrive early. That said, the staff were wonderful and welcoming. Maintenance staff do an excellent job keeping the newer sites in tip top shape. Lots of space between RVs. We look forward to returning. Our Starlink worked great for streaming and for work.
