The campground is very well maintained and you can't beat staying within the state park. We unfortunately had almost 3 straight days of rain so our site turned into a bit of a mud pit. As others have mentioned, our bathrooms were outdated, so we visited another loop with new bathrooms to shower.
- Easy access
- No water hookups at the sites, but plenty of spigots to fill your tank
- Plenty of hiking and overlooks available within the park
- There's not much to do in the immediate area outside of the park
- Laundry prices are a little steep compared to other campgrounds ($2.75/load for washer and dryer)
- Cell signal varied A LOT during our stay

Magnolia Park is a great little campground. It's well maintained and great value for the money. Most of the spots offer decent privacy and good shade. We were at site 13 and needed to level a little bit, but other than that very easily accessible for our camper. If we stayed again I would select from sites 1, 2, 6, or 9 as they offered a little more privacy. The loop has additional parking spots for extra vehicles or visitors and trash is easily accessible. Bathhouses were decently clean with hot water and good water pressure. Loved the access to the park for daily walks and the Apopka Wildlife Drive is a must do. The highway is not too far away and you can hear the road noise just slightly, but nothing crazy. We would definitely stay here again!

This county park exceeded our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay here. Really nice tree canopy provided wonderful shade during the 90 degree days of summer. The bathrooms were nice and featured individual rooms for maximum privacy. We enjoyed the hiking trails nearby and the easy access to water for fishing. Check in process was easy, but the box to put in the gate code is an awkward location. We didn't have any issues with leveling at our site. Overall, we loved our stay here!

We loved the beach access and birding at this park. The location is close to other parks for hiking and kayaking, but not really close to any other attractions, besides Amelia Island to the North. We loved the sunrises and sunsets, but the park is not maintained the best in our opinion. Landscaping, general upkeep, and signage are lacking.
- No water hookups, water fill station isn't super convenient
- Sand spurs everywhere...would not want to bring a dog here
- Showers were good, just need more places to hang things or place soap while showering
- Lots of trash along the beach, but I guess that is just all beaches these days :(
- Be prepared for lots of sand, it's the beach after all :) some sites are more sandy than others
- Noise from helicopters at Mayport
- Nice, new playground
- Good dump station
- Good fishing

We normally prefer campgrounds that are more remote and out in nature, but it was nice to splurge and enjoy the luxuries this resort offers - laundry room, heated pools, clean hot tubs, full hook ups, fruit trees, fire pits, activities, curbside garbage and recycling pickup. This has to be the nicest KOA we've ever stayed at. The surrounding area is a little sketchy...there is barbed wire around the entire resort. Also the road noise was pretty loud so bring your earplugs. A little too expensive for us to stay here regularly, but you get what you pay for.

We stayed here because we couldn't find any other options in the area with cell service to work remotely. It's conveniently located to explore Joshua Tree NP, but other than that I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here. We were woken up by loud music further away in the area, but man the sound sure does carry. Also, I didn't like that they have some of the RV sites arranged so that front porches are facing one another. No bushes for privacy so you're basically staring right into your neighbors spot.

We had quite the terrible drive to this campground. The inclines on the approach to the area were tough enough, and the directions to the campground given in the confirmation email were very confusing. None of the road names/numbers mentioned matched our GPS or paper maps. RV's should avoid SR 2019 - it's very steep. I would recommend putting Maywood Grill into your GPS first and then navigate to Kentuck Campground from there to avoid steep grades. Also be aware that there are not an abundance of gas stations in the area. That added to the headache of our drive. We nearly ran out of gas after taking the longer detour to avoid steep grades. This campground really isn't great for RV's or travel trailers in our opinion just due to access. Vans and smaller trailers should be fine.

- Electric hookups only, no water. Fill up at the bathroom on the bathroom on the way in.
- The park itself is nice and offers a decent amount of hiking and activities
- Great Verizon & AT&T cell service

There are no hookups or showers here, but it was worth the sacrifice to stay here. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets with many hiking options nearby. Super close to the Desert Museum and Saguaro NP. Our site was tight but cozy.

We booked our stay here somewhat last minute after deciding it would probably be too hot to stay in Death Valley with no hookups, and I'm so glad we did. This park is clean and well run...you can tell the staff take great pride in the property. The amenities and activities were top notch and exceeded our expectations. The grounds are well kept and there are birds everywhere. We're in a small camper, but I could see how some of the sites would be a tight squeeze for big rigs. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area!

We stayed at Oliver Lee leading up to our stop here. Easy to access, flat, quiet and great sunsets.
