This park is just ok for an overnight. VERY crowded and tight. Roads are mostly one lane very tight curves, not well marked. It took us 2 times around park until we found our site. A lot of long term residents with lots not well kept. Right next to highway. Wont be back

Our first site was tight and backwards from our hook ups as we would have to run 30 so feet to the front. Long term site was old and they decided to spray paint their trailer next to our new motor coach and Jeep. Plus sit at our table and smoke which went into our ac. We asked to move with no issues and the staff was very friendly and nice.
New site shaded still a little tight but ok for our Workcation as we don’t sit outside much.
Grounds and facilities very well kept. 2 dog parks and lots of tree lined areas and canals to walk. Would definitely revisit

Great Wooded hiking trails for dogs. Could be better marked
Personnel very friendly And helpful

Small lot very close
Took a long time to back into no pull throughs (33 ft trailer)
Extremely hard to level. Tongue was almost on ground. Had to use all my blocks to level on side
Noise. Gun range is close and people were shorting every day past dark
Close to PA turnpike so you may occasionally hear the noise

Don't waste your money if TT and do research on what site you get if not

This is the second worse Encore park we've visited
Booked this site 60 days ago for longer BUT left early as it was so bad
One lane roads with 2 way traffic. If you have a big rig, it will be tight.
Our Site: Side and rear backs up to the park dump and supply site. Grass/dirt site.
Our front has 6 foot diameter sewer drum which is leaking vapor, picnic table over some access panel.
Some resolution could be had if a privacy fence was put up to shelter the view
Surrounded by year round residents, some homes well kept, most not so much, some abandoned and trashed

I reached out to park manager and was after 2 hours and we already set up in 85 degree heat, there was 1 other site but it was just as bad.
We paid an additional $20 per night, I asked for a refund, response was Why? What did you expect? They said to contact TT
I contacted TT and they said they couldn't do anything, but I could file a complaint.

Our neighbor was here 3 months, they said on Google earth the area behind us was a field at time of booking. Also told if they wanted to rebook for next year, they would have to have the same site!
They aren't coming back either

This is a nice hidden gem in Delaware close to Rehoboth Beach. When we lived in the area, we camped here often. Lots level and tree lined. Lots of guest parking. Unfortunately, now that we are working remote on the road there is little to none Verizon coverage and NO T-Mobile signal at all even with a cell phone booster. Unfortunately we had booked for 11 days, had to leave in 1 moving to next site on our itinerary.

One of our favorite Delaware parks. Trap Pond is our other favorite. Great location from the beaches, Rehoboth and Lewes. Like the cul de sac lay out of the RV sites vs row after row. Nice treed in sites, all back in. Week after Labor Day had the whole cul de sac to ourselves. Friendly camp host and guests. This was a workcation for us to cell service was required. Got 3 bar 5G with our Surecell booster. 2 bar without.
