We drove through and found several sites available for 1 night and finally one that was available for more. Nice pull through site, level, raked decomposed granite, table, BBQ, and fire ring. Space between sites allowed for privacy, trees and shrubs blocked most view. Elk bugled one night, sounded right outside of our rig. The hosts were very helpful, noticed that I had paid for an extra night, while as a senior we get half price. So, although we had intended to stay one, we relaxed and stayed two. Could have only paid 14,50. If desired one night. Beautiful scenery, pristine bathrooms, places to walk our dog easily. No hook ups, good cell service. drinking water available, our hose reached the faucet. Didn’t see a dump station. Definitely will return.

We needed a stop for a weekend and found many open sites here. Yes, it’s loud, car racing and practice during the day, but stopped at 5. Lots of area to explore. No potable water, so go full. Great staff. Cool weather was nice as most places now are over 90.

We’ve been here twice, January and July.
Both times there were plenty of open sites. We have a sprinter van, so easier than some. Electric and water both times. Lake was low, probably why fewer campers. But, deer, turkeys and a bobcat were seen, so we enjoyed it. Bathrooms aren’t the best, freezing water in January, didn’t risk it in July. There is a ropes course and a water park for the kids… and adults.
