Positives
- all spaces are concrete.
- streets are paved.
- clean showers and bathrooms.
- Nice laundry room with 5 washers and 5 dryers.

Negatives
- Never could connect to the internet. I was told me that their internet was less than a meg.
- Heavy rust in the water lines. They had it repaired while I was there. However, it still had problems after the repairs.
- Expensive - during the season the monthly rate was $1,350/daily Around $100. After Labor Day is was $750/daily rate around $75.

I would stay here again if they fix the rust in water and I'd love to see them improve their WIFI.

I had seen another review about brown water. I asked about this issue when I made my reservation. I was told the problem only occurs when during a heavy rain. As luck would have it, my last night it rained nearly a half inch after raining some previously. When I arrived at my next RV Park , I hooked up to water and flushed the toilet. This resulted in dark brown brackish water filling the bowl. It is very disappointing to know that my pipes are contaminated by this water.

Overall the RV park is very nice. However, regarding my experience it wasn't a good fit.
Pros:
- nice level space
- some grass between spaces
- a nice office with trinkets and food
- swimming pool
- kids area

Cons:
- Expensive
- poor Internet options

The issues I ran into is that they put me next to a full time RV space with noisy tenants. The free internet they provide is only good for email. If you want a better Internet which is advertised at up to 5 meg it will cost you $3 per day. I tested this between 2.5 and 3.5 meg. Honestly, I can't believe that they still charge for Internet and just don't have it factored into their rates which are already expensive. If they would lower their rates some and add good reliable internet they would get a 5 star rating.
