I stayed here with a hockey team about 5 years ago, and it was, quite frankly, a dump. It had a great pool and all, but the rooms were outdated. HOWEVER. I just stayed there again about 4 days ago and it was amazing. The lobby was beautiful, almost a work of art than a place to check into a hotel. The hotel has its old bones, but a new skin. Don't go only by the pictures, because they did a lot with the hotel. New carpeting, new furniture, new air conditioners, new lobby, new light fixtures, etc. Great stay and would stay there again if I was in the same area. And also, the breakfast was pretty gosh darn good.
Rooms: 5/5 Customer service: 5/5 Location: 2/5 This hotel is great but it's right by a factory and there was a iffy looking gas station by it. Other than that it was good.
Pretty good overall. Nice staff. It was under renovations, but nothing was closed, and there was no noise whatsoever. Pool is saltwater and they have a basketball court. Pretty ok breakfast, but could have been better. It didn't have the make-your-own waffles lol. Only 4 stars because I can't give it 4.5 and my breakfast is important. Also, someone was smoking pot, but they can't really control that fully.

Great stop. Grounds are awesome, just a little bit hard to get to. It's size is enthralling and the inside is amazing too.
Probably the best visitor center and museum out of all of the other national monuments/parks I've been to so far. I couldn't go up in the arch because it was a last minute trip, but my family and I toured the museum and watched the 30-minute movie. You can spend about 3 hours there and not see everything thoroughly. Bought a t-shirt and the picture of us that was taken at the entrance. It's a must-see (obviously).
Extremely crowded, but what else do you expect during these circumstances. Like most other reviews say, bring a sweatshirt. We were able to get into the basic tour (I don't mean it's bad, just short), but all of the tour guides along the way were very knowledgeable on the cave and were able to answer all of our questions. This is a must see if you can get in, that is.
