would not stay here again. showers were very dirty and the amount of water that came out would not be enough to wash your hair unless your bald. The restrooms were locked at 9 pm. The 30 amp electrical outlet only provided 10 amps. The host said they were having problems with the electricity. The only dump site closed at 5 pm? and opened at 8 am. It was quiet looked like all the rv spots were taken.

Overnight RV Parking still available for free. Right across from the park on narrow dirt paths with some close trees. May be tricky if wet. water available in park need a long hose for access. Make sure to get local pies!!!
Stayed overnight April 2024. Signage for RVs in lot states 12 hr. maximin or risk of being towed. Several Rigs were there, some very large. Busy road by parking area was a little loud at night. Nice area for pets to potty. Would stay there again if I didn't need a campground.
Stayed at Sams Club next door after getting OK from customer service in Sams. They want you to leave before 8 am. Was the only one at Sams Club. several were at Walmart. Even had some shade to park under! Plenty of room for a big rig. MacDonalds next door. Safe, Quiet. would stay there again.

Very informative and very well done! If you have any interest in UFO's this is a no miss. Exceeded my expectations! Plan on a couple of hours or days if you want to do research in their library.
This is a must stop to see the Roadrunner! Best part of Las Cruces IMO!
Dry camped here one night in April 2024. Made Reservation prior to, looked like all the sites were taken when we arrived. No need to check in if you made reservation. There are some water and electric hookups, but the best sites are the dry camping ones. Quiet, and dark at night. Hot showers available, there is also potable water available but no dump. Will definitely stay here again when passing by.

At the end of a very small town. One night in January 2024. Very quite and dark. Don't know if they would clear snow from parking if it snows. Would stay here again. Felt safe.
