Overall a decent campground to stay out, spaces are pretty good size, multiple laundry sites, and big enough for good walks. Few downsides, pool closes at 6pm, which kind of makes the hot tub irrelevant, no dog part, location is pretty far away from larger cities or points of interest. There's a small town right next to the campground that offers a Publix, lake for fishing, some restaurants, etc, but other than the necessities, everything else is about an hour away. Also, there's no security here or gate to protect against people coming in and stealing (which has happened to us)

Great campground with a lot to offer! Golf course is like $20/ golfer with cart, free mail room, huge grounds great for walking, multiple pools and hot tubs, multiple laundry sites, pretty large sites. Highly recommend, only negative is location, a little out of the way to really anything, but great if you're here to just hang at the grounds.

The site quality was really good, we camped in the new area that has concrete slabs and very spacious sites. Staff was fairly friendly. They don't allow you to check in even a minute before noon, which they have a process so I kind of understand, but they make you park and wait on the busy street instead of lining up RVs in their overly long driveway.

Huge downside is mailroom, they charge $5/ package and they don't let the drivers deliver to your site directly, so you get forced to pay the $5/ package. I could understand $5/ pick up, but per package is a little bit much. The mail room also offers very poor hours, they don't open until 3 and close at 6 so you have a small window to get your stuff.

Decent full hook up campground, nothing overly special here outside the fact that it’s pretty close to the city.

Huge downside is that there’s absolutely 0 security. We had stuff stolen from our site the second day of our stay! Lost about $300 worth of tools, clothes, pet stuff, etc. talked to the front desk and they said they used to have security but that went away, no gate or cameras covering the whole grounds so really anyone can drive in off the busy road and be here.

From what I hear too, theft here is increasing recently (hopefully it’s not some living in the park!) suggest going to another grounds that has some level of security to it so you don’t lose your stuff like we did.

Good campground and would stay here again. Pretty easy access to the river, one thing to note is that is says the campsite has a water spout, but it's really just a group one on the pathway for refilling water jugs, and what not. It doesn't have a water hook up like I thought it did.

There's cell service, but don't expect much if any in regards to data. Just call and text
