They have doubled the RV sites to a total of 28.
The RV parking is straight forward, no shade, but a nice view of the driving range. Power, water, sewer for hookups.
The golf course and casino are very nice to look at. The steakhouse is good if you want to splurge. It's closed on Monday.
12 miles out of Sioux Falls.
First RV site of the summer when I did not have to level the trailer.
The casino wifi does not reach the RV area. I have been using a Tmobile hotspot with very good service.

I admit this is something different from the usual RV park. Fewer services, but a nice casino/hotel and golf course right here. No shade. For some reason I like it. Stayed one night going east and 2 nights going back west.

Very nice national forest campground. I was a one-night stay as a stop on a cross-country trip.

Sites are very nice and roomy. Mine was just a bit off level, but most of the others looked better as I drove through the campground.

First thing are the campsites. The sites with power and water are a line up across a gravel parking lot.

The non-hookup campsites have grass, picnic tables and fire pits. You really need to think about how you want to camp.

The resort has other types of lodging ranging from teepees to motel like rooms. There is coffee and showers and restrooms for all to use.

The hot springs pond is 3-5 feet deep. 100 to 102 degrees with a gravel bottom. It's nice the water is nice. The pond is available for soaking/swimming 24/7.

I think camping here would be best in Spring and Fall. I give it 3 stars just because of the large amount of unsightly construction work.

Chester Woods is a gem 10 miles outside of Rochester, Minnesota. I am writing this in the middle of a 10 day stay.

The sites are well spreadout, mostly gravel, with lots of grass around the pads, picnic tables and fire rings. Firewood is available for sale.

The park is electric hookup only. There is fresh water and a dump station at the entry/exit to the camping area of the park.

Chester Woods has a lake with canoe rentals, fishing and a swim beach. Lots of group picnic areas. A short but nice trail system. Lots and lots of trees!

The wifi is adequate. Bathrooms and showers are well maintained. Interesting point on the showers is that they seem to have a single temperature, that fluctuates between kind of warm and warm.

I wrote earlier in the middle of a 10 day stay. I have a few more items to share. The campground has been quite empty during the week and on Friday night it filled to capacity.

The wifi remains in and out. I think the strenght varies around the campground. If you are working, have a Verizon hotspot backup.

Avoid space 43. It has quite a slope to the passenger side. After the weekend I moved to 41, which is wide and more level. Happy camper!
