The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had a large pull thru site (#53) with a patio. The site was gravel and almost level. We had about 2 1/2 inches of rain during our stay, but the site never had any standing water. Wi-Fi was great and there were no issues with any other hookups. I needed propane and they came by my site, picked up both tanks, filled them, and returned them to the site. The restrooms were a short walk and very well kept up. The showers were very clean as well. There is a great rec room with foosball and other activities. There is a great play area for the kids and a small pond with ducks and geese. It's a great place to stay and we will be back.

If you are coming from the North, the road through Hillsboro is very scenic, but is extremely crooked. It was a chore even for my little TT. Bigger rigs should maybe consider diving to Deming, then to Silver City.
The Gila Catwalk is a must see. It's a bit of a drive to get there and we had to cross a stream with 10" to 12" of rushing water. It's amazing once you get there. The Gila cliff dwellings are also worth checking out. If you have some spare time, the open pit copper mine is worth looking at. You can only view it from an observation point above the mine. The Jalisco Cafe is a great place to eat Mexican food. We also had a great meal at Taste of Las Vegas.

We received a call about 10 minutes prior to our arrival to ensure we knew where they are located. Upon arrival we were greeted and escorted to our site and advised on hookups. The site we had was #32 and was a gravel pull-thru and almost level. The bathrooms and showers were close by and very clean. Water pressure was great and 30amp is what we need. The Wi-Fi was so good I didn’t bother to connect my range extender.

When I hooked up to Cable, I had no connection. They came over right away to check it out and helped me determine it was an issue inside my trailer. They were quite helpful.

Since it is after Labor Day the campground was not busy, and they did a great job of keeping us spread out. It was very quiet and relaxing.
