I lived in Carrabelle in '71-'72, and I would walk past this phone booth every day going from school to Burda's drug store, which was a popular place to visit between classes or at lunch time. I believe it was still in use at that time by the PD. Anyway, I didn't know the backstory that was provided here. Interesting.
