Fire in the Hole at Silver Dollar City and Blazing Fury at Dollywood are two of the very finest dark rides in the world. I am lucky enough to have ridden both, and while similar, they also have things about them that are unique. Both are more of a dark ride than a rollercoaster. The theme is that you are going thru a burning town where hillbillies are trying to put out the fire before their town burns to the ground. The end of a ride has 3 rollercoaster hills that are only about twenty feet tall. These two rides are fantastic. I have ridden them so many times. every few years they make minor changes to the themes. This is a very mild and tame coaster for families and all but small children or those too disabled to ride safely. This is a must ride for anyone going to Silver Dollar City or Dollywood.
