About 10 or 12 miles East of Payson, Arizona on Hwy 260. Stopped there for the night on Dec 27th 2019. Snowing hard. Had about 6 inches of snow on the ground and had to cross a shallow stream. When you exit just go straight. It was late and we couldn't see much. Turned right only to find a couple locked gates. Backed up and that's when we discovered we should have just gone straight. The little creek is only 5 or 6 inches deep and has a cattle guard or concrete that you drive across. Lot's of room to turn around. Very quite, but I'm sure that was due to the snow. Only about 50 yards from Hwy 260, so very easy access.

Upon waking up in the morning my son said he saw a deer under a tree about 20 yards from where we camped. I took a close look....and when it stood up.....it was a cow!!!

Couldn't really tell how clean it was due to the snow. Good Cell coverage.

Didn't have much time to go exploring, but plan on going back.

5 stars had the road been a little better. Beautiful area. Nothing but the sounds of the breeze through the cedars. Near Camp Verdi off Hwy 260 going East - take RD 618 4.2 miles to Cedar Flat Road. I camped 3.2 miles up but there are multiple campsites before and after where I camped. Beautiful area... Am planning on going up again!

I gave it 5 stars but actually only 4.5 as it's very close to the interstate. Clean! Large spots! Friendly staff! If you need a spot for the night, or even for an extended stay, I certainly recommend Blake Ranch!! EASY In and EASY out and very reasonable! Read their internet login!!!!!!!! Works perfectly...if you can read. (Of course, I can't!)

I have camped here several times and truly enjoy being there. If you've got Kayaks, bring them along as the Woods Canyon Lake is only about 3 miles from the camping area with Great Fishing.

Dispersed camping about 26 miles E of Payson. Going E, make a left at the top of the Mogollon Rim. The visitor center will be on your right. To the left is the Rim Road and Woods Canyon Lake. Go about 5 miles to FR9350 and make a left. The last 2 miles is a dirt road and can be pretty washboard at times but in really good shape. All the campsites are spaced on, I'm guessing, at least 1/4 acre. Lots of room around you!

We absolutely love it up there. 85 degrees when Phoenix is 110! The elevation is around 7,600 feet

The only reason it got a 1 star is that it had only had a spot. 30 amp service only. It's actually a parking lot with hookups. We were looking at the back of a grocery store. Would not recommend!

107 degrees outside and can only run 1 a/c. !!!!!

Check in Gentlemen was very nice and explained everything very well. Was able to get a spot where we didn’t have to unhook our Jeep. A+ for that!

Dirt pads and cracked plastic picnic tables. I couldn’t recommend it to anyone.

No price is listed because we joined Thousand Trails.

Booked two months in advance and they did not even have a site ready for us. When we arrived they told us to "Just go find a spot and if there were none they had partial hookups on the other side of the road"!

Some of the spots had 30amp service, some had 50amp only they didn't tell us that! Parked in one without knowing it was 30 amp so we ended up having to find another spot with 50 amp after going back to the office to find out which ones were. "The ones with the painted red top on the pedestal".

NO cell service and spotty wi-fi in the common areas.

This park would be very nice if they truly had customer service. It truly is in a beautiful spot.

We feel so lucky to have found this RV park. It truly is a gem in the desert. The owners are super nice and the park itself is very well taken care of. We just completed a trip to the San Deigo area and stayed at Pio Pico Thousand Trails RV park and were disappointed at their "customer service" but Oasis on the way home truly made up for that.

We made reservations about two months ago at Pio Pico and also Oasis for the trip home. When we checked in at Pio Pico they told us just to "find a spot" even though we had booked it over 8 weeks prior. Oasis is a small park but when we arrived Jim met us with a golf cart. He directed us to follow him and they had our spot completely ready for us. He made sure we were lined up and all our hookups were set up. They made us feel truly welcome. We will defiantly stay there again.

Keep in mind, there is no signage to the park. The State wanted to charge them $6,000 for them to put up signage. Just google map them and it'll get you there. There is a short section of a dirt road to the park but very well maintained. Maybe just a couple hundred yards. About a mile from the interstate but very quiet.
