This is a hidden gem. Very peaceful riverside site and lots of great hikes. Drove into Blowing Rock for a day trip and had lunch. Blowing Rock is very dog friendly. Carvers Gap was an adventure since it was snowing there and we took a great hike through the snowy woods there. It was a great way to spend 2021 New Years holiday.
