My wife and I have had a terrible experience at this Alderwood Best Western . We were mistreated by the Shift manager working the front counter. That took it up on herself to harass my wife as she was trying to prepare us some coffee demanding to know what room we were from and to see our key cards It was immediately obvious that she had profiled my wife and mistook her for a working girl aka (prostitute) because she's drop dead gorgeous. So this lady was relentless in her quest to verify that we were really supposed to be in the property . Even after I had given n proof that we had a room and did indeed belong on the property She told us enjoy the free breakfast but not before. She told us to leave l, and I said that's not going to happen we have a room, and it's in my name As we got into the elevator to leave the area we heard her bad mouthing us to other employees. The problem here is you can't pick and choose who you want to harass. They should have a system in place to verify that people coming for breakfast everyone not s system that has someone so rudely interrupting our activities making a spectacle of us souch so that then other patrons were shaking there heads in disgust. I Bottom line this staff needs sensitivity training at the very least.
