Nice quiet park with full hookups and a very reasonable rate. I find state parks and COE are some of my favorite because the sites are more spacious and wooded and clean. At our site, the campsite table was on the opposite side of the camper opening; however, it wasn’t like that at all sites. A park ranger circled the park on a regular basis multiple times a day, which made you feel safe.
Had ducks on the property, which came up to us regularly and were nice. There were hiking trails on site that were easy to walk. There were also new stationary tents in 2022 that you could rent.
One washer/one dryer on site but were on the small side; however, worked very quickly. $2 wash, $1.50 dry.
The check in process seems less secure since Covid. We were handed a slip and told the person before us may not be gone but may be gone. They did allow us to park anywhere while we waited for our previous guest to leave.
Internet from all three providers worked well - T-Mobile, ATT, Verizon
