I have been to over 280 national parks, battlefields and historical sites and never had such a bad experience as in this park. An ego maniac Ranger was parked in the entrance talking to the ranger in the booth blocking the entrance for several minutes. When I drove around him, he came to my car in the parking lot and told me twice that I need to learn to be patient. When I didn't say "Yes Masser" to him in several minutes, he asked for my license and registration and gave me a park warning ticket. he ran my plates. He was a control freak on a trip. He would not have spoken to a man the way he lectured me for several minutes when he caused the problem because he was too lazy to park his SUV and walk to the booth. If he has mental issues dealing with the public, he shouldn't be a ranger working with the public. I told him a few times that I was sorry and wouldn't do it again (Would never be at that park again). Ruined my day and cost his community money because I didn't spend money on gas, food, and lodging in his town as I had planned. I don't need another Daddy. BE VERY CAREFUL AT this park.
