Ocean view suite:
Nice, clean, balcony opens to hear the ocean. Some construction noise from down the street and restaurant smell from the restaurant between the hotel and the beach. Top floor would be best to avoid the sounds and get a better view.
No AC in the room, but should be cool enough with balcony open.
