Arrived 10-1-2020 with 18’ travel trailer. Gate attendant was pleasant and informative. With map provided the site was easy to find. $30 for site and $7 for parking? Not clear as to why two fees. Sites reasonably separated though neighbors are clearly visible. Site not level but adjustable. Power only. Dump station and potable water available on the way out. Experience was fine but price high for our use. Distinct odor at the site as if someone had released black water previously.

Wind blowing like stink on I-90. Time for gas and Big Timber was the option. Didn’t want to go on because of wind. Looked for options with Campendium. Up camp Otter Creek Fishing Access Site. Checked reviews and sounded good. With navi the site was easy to find. Way beyond expectations. Found unoccupied site right on the river. We have been out for a month and this is the best site free or paid we have found. No amenities but not expected. View was awesome. Nearest camper was at least 300 feet away. Access by short gravel road well graded. River sites are limited but field sites are limitless. We pulled in at about 3:00 pm. There is a train across the river but far enough away that it is not obtrusive.

No attendant at the gate. Cruised the grounds to find reservations were posted on power pedestal. Chose an open site. Sites are far between and the one we chose was reasonably level. Nice privacy. Camp host appeared the next morning and was most accommodating though COVID questionable. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again should travels warrant. Nice dump arranged for exit access.
