The campground had a very comfortable, homey feeling. It was clean, cheerful and I liked that it wasn’t “cookie-cutter”! Each site had its own unique layout, even though it was side by side. We felt like we had plenty of privacy. I would choose shade and slab if an option. The restaurant, Eagles Nest was very good. We loved sitting in Adirondack chairs on the dock watching the sunset. Pool water was very hot in July, not refreshing at all. We did have our credit card stolen in the laundry room when we accidentally left it in the slot. The person charged $1000 before our credit card company alerted us. There were beautiful horse farms in the area, great restaurants like pizza at The Depot, history like Marjorie Rawlings house.

Well run! No trash, sites are clean, landscaped and easy in-out. Bathrooms are clean, utilitarian and large single person in our loop. Only 3 miles from I-75 exit but nice and quiet. Site faces large pond which can be fished (catch and release). Used Passport America for discount. Would stay here again. Gravel drive and sites. Picnic tables are aged. Full hook up, can’t beat that!
