I never leave bad reviews, unless it was exceptional, I don't think to leave any. This place was HORRIBLE. Outlets didn't work, they knew it but hadn't fixed them. The lamp shades, ALL 3 were split wide open at the seams and filthy. Mold on ceiling above shower, Bathroom door looks like it was kicked in at some point AND very dirty, front door also very dirty inside. Paint is very blotchy as you can see the old under the newer, baseboards are filthy, holes in sheets and bed spread. This room was just a mess throughout Choice should really be ashamed to even let a Quality Inn look this bad!! And all for $169 a night! I went up to ask for a refund or discount and was told they would get back to me. That didn't happen so I called the next morning before check out. They put me of f and off even tho I said I Had to leave I had somewhere to be. He asked I wait a little longer so I went to office. I was told no Mgr on Site call back later, I asked that the Mgr call me as this was my 3rd try. They said fine. The next day still no call, the story goes on and on and its 5 days later and I have nothing.
