I don't understand why some people complain about this RV park, as it is better than 85% of the other Alaska RV Parks. Yes, it's a gravel lot, but almost all Alaska RV parks are. The spaces are adequately spaced, and no, you cannot hear your neighbor snore (unless you're creepily snooping!). Bathrooms and laundry are clean, and the new owners (since 2021) are SUPER friendly and willing to help on any reasonable request. Verizon is 4 bars.
