We camped overnight here in March on our way to Alabama. Only one loop was open and it was just me and a Class A that pulled in not long after me. We walked around the park and probably only 10% of the sites are even close to level and most of them seem pretty small. There are alot of facilities scattered throughout the park but only the pit toilets were open when we were there and they were clean.

The park itself is large and I believe there are 5 camping loops. We stayed in loop A. Most sites are not very level and some of them are very close to each other. We were there in the beginning of March and were amazed at the amount of people there. Did not look at the restrooms/bathhouse so I can not say how they were. The drive into the park is great but once in the park it is pretty hilly. We would stay here again.

Sizerville State Park Campground has only 23 sites and 5 of those are tent-only sites. There are only 5 sites , plus the 5 tent sites, available if you have pets. I stayed there in mid-October. Campground is fairly close to the main road so there is some traffic noise but with the fan on I could not hear it. There are some decent hikes you can take as well as a swimming pool with a concession stand that is open seasonally. Restrooms and shower were fairly clean but the hot water in the shower was scalding hot with no adjustments available.

There is absolutely no cell service no matter what carrier you have. There is a pay phone at the restrooms in case of emergency. So if you are looking to disconnect for a time this place certainly fits the bill. That is exactly what I was looking for, so other than it raining most of the time I was there, it was a pleasant stay!

We stayed overnight here on 10/13/2017. This is a nice little park. It had a nice playground if you have kids as well as a swimming pool and concession stand (not open while we were there). Restrooms are pit toilets and not the greatest as there were flies and bugs covering all 4 walls. Restrooms at playground were better. We did not have reservations as we were not originally planning on staying at this park but luckily there were some available sites. Park was probably about 1/2 full but it was quiet.

This was our last overnight stay on our way home from Arkansas in October 2017. Campground was okay. All sites are full hookup only and $30 night. If you need Verizon cell service this is not the place for you. Barely 1 bar of service. If you walk down by the boat launch you can sometimes pick up 2 bars with 1g coverage in and out. But, if you are looking to unplug this is the place to do it. Restrooms and showers were clean. I would probably not return again as this was my most expensive stay in 14 days on the road. There was also a lot of traffic in and out at night. The doberman also got attacked by another dog that broke it's tie on our first walk and he still has the scar to prove it.
