stopped at this park because our friends blew a seal on their MH. Very small park. Laundry is only 2 washers in a small trailer add on. It's not horrible but if I didn't have to, I wouldn't. It is close to Palestine with some cute restaurants in Old Town.

We pulled in late afternoon. The park is very pretty,well kept. Set in pines with a small creek running through. Really nice and quiet. We were here in mid-October and there was maybe 10 campers here. Looks like it could be crowded in summer. Mostly back-ins with maybe 5 pull thrus.

The GSR campground while nothing fancy provides easy access to the city of Reno. With the hotel a few steps away there is plenty of entertainment. Movies,bowling,restaurants,spa and pool plus of course the casino. A great stopping place before jumping on the 80 for parts east or the 395 south. We like to stay a few days to rest up before heading out on the next adventure.
