Exceptionally maintained RV Park with a friendly, helpful staff. Sites are level and of sufficient length.

We arrived about mid day found a spacious back-in spot under the trees. We were promptly met by the friendly camp host who offered to blow off out site with their leaf blower. We politely declined. The hosts could not have been more helpful. They visited frequently when we were out to check on our well being. The bathhouse was clean and quite spacious.

This park is off the beaten path, but it is well worth a visit. It is conveniently located if you want to visit Appomattox Court House NHP. A very friendly Park Ranger was very helpful and checked in on campers often. The the site we were in was not very level but after a couple of boards and a slight repositioning we were level in no time. There is no cell service in the park with Verizon. Our trailer is 29' 3" from hitch to bumper and we tow it with a 1/2 ton pickup. There is a reason max length at this park is 30'.

We arrived mid-afternoon and were greeted by a very friendly Park Ranger. We were assigned a campground and chose a pull through level site. The park provides wifi though out the park and at our particular site was as strong as ours at home. I was wondering why it was so strong when I spotted the wifi antenna between our site and the next. The park is well maintained and filled with hiking trails for all levels. We had a very enjoyable visit once we arrived at Creekside. My only criticism is as we entered the park area we came upon what we thought was the park office only to realize this was the Burson Campground and this park office which was closed. There was no map nor sign to direct us to the Creekside Campground. We decided to continue on the main road which led us to our campground.
