Simple pull through site. The sewer connection was in a concrete recessed bowl, I suspect to catch drips. Sadly, this makes it impossible to use the standard sewer adaptor as it is not tall enough. Water must be turned on w a key that has a $10 deposit.
Pros: inexpensive, water, electric and sewer. Clean bathrooms and shower. Cons: There are squadrons of mosquitoes waiting for anyone who shows up. No Wi-Fi, no DTV.
This looks like a 1/2 acre lot that was converted into 6 RV sites. VERY inexpensive, level gravel lot, Water, Sewer (3") 30 and 50A electric, superb Wi-Fi (18Mb/s).
