So after planning this trip and waiting almost an entire year for this wonderful experience. My cousin and I were very disappointed. Not to mention I suddenly the day after I noticed that my skin was broken out and I had a bad rash all over my body. And the guy Matt who worked there was kinda pushy trying to get my cousin and I to use the public springs. He tried to say he didn't have any private springs available and that we needed to go into the public springs even when my cousin said she had made reservations months and months in advance, to avoid that from happening. He made us both feel really uncomfortable and he was almost borderline creepy. Just feeling pressured to participate in public nudity. And it was not what I had expected and Ior we probably would never go back there and will not recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed with my visit. Just wasn't what I had imagined it to be.
