Shitty costumer service. When we called in for a room, the guy was very unfriendly and when we asked if they allow pets (just to make sure, because sometimes online it says something else), he told me to look up online with the nastiest attitude. I am quite shocked, that this person is allowed to answer calls to talk to guests. We called at 8.20am CT, june 3rd 2021. The guy didn’t give me his name. We never written a bad review for anything before, but this had to be said. Absolutely rude, unprofessional and unacceptable.
