My wife and I attended a wedding at this place Saturday April 30th 2022.. Our good friends got married on the front steps and then had a reception in an outdoor tent to follow.
Let’s start out with just how horrible the food was. The “gumbo” was not even edible. I have NEVER had gumbo this bad before in my life !!!! The rice was not even fully cooked. The “roux” tasted and looked like gravy out of a jar. The fried green beans were soggy.
Now onto the owner of the house. He was rude and arrogant to everyone he came in contact with !!! He even “took over” cutting the wedding cake !!!! He actually had the audacity to cut the grooms cake before the bride and groom ever made it over to it.
He made so many people mad that day. He is a complete idiot!!
Please whatever you do, NEVER book anything at this facility!!!
