Very happy with our stay and we will be back. The owner, Scott, was always available and very friendly.
This property is very spacious and easily accommodates large rigs. Most RVs were large fifth-wheels and Class As. Our site had plenty of room for our 22' trailer. The partitions between the sites added privacy. The increased road traffic on the weekends was expected because its a fishing town, but it did get loud. We had great cell service with Spectrum and Tracfone.

Positive: Sites were level, good location, quiet, secure.

Negative: Neglected. Weeds around the sites and buildings have been growing for quite a while. Bathrooms were not cleaned Friday-Sunday. Pool and Laundry is closed on Sunday.

Starlink reception was good. No issues.

There is a mix of reservable and non-reservable sites through out the park. We were at a very nice electric-only reservable site and very glad we had extra blocks for our front jacks. Many of the sites have a steep pitch and thankfully ours wasn't as pitched as others. Very clean property including the bathrooms.

Overall very nice for our quick overnight stay. In addition to being very easy to get to off the highway, the DQ and Sonic are within walking distance. Register at the Super 8 hotel across the street.

I was surprised the laundry/bathroom building is locked 8pm-8am to prevent unregistered guests from using at night. This didn't affect us but wanted to mention it.

Spectrum Cell Service was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff and fellow RVers were extremely friendly and helpful. Sites are level. Park is kept very clean inside and out. The showers, restrooms and laundry are exceptionally well kept. We spent time in the library while doing laundry.

We live close to train tracks so the train horns didn't phase us. The military jets fly during the day. They are loud but it was neat to watch them. We didn't notice the road noise at our site.

Observatory presentation was very nice and informative.

Spectrum cell service was strong. Our Starlink pointed north and had no issues.
