Both gray and black water tanks can dump here. Yeah it’s $10. Located right by the air station opposite the front of the Loves.

Needed an extended place to stay on short notice. They had one spot open among a bunch of full timers. Place was well maintained. No complaints at all, the couple that own the place are super friendly and accommodating. The husband took his time to show me everything and helped back me in to the dump station that is close to other RVs.

So I don’t know what some of those commentators are saying about rude staff but that was not my experience. In fact, they went the extra mile to accommodate me and my needs. I had to keep extending my stay at the last minute and they did so with no issues.
Yep it’s sandy. You are in the Sand Hills in this area of NC. Tons of space to maneuver but I did watch someone pulling a 5th wheel cut the corner too short and listen to the married couple argue about how to not run into the building that has the laundry and restroom. 🤷🏼‍♂️
Tons of shade, nice walking trail for you and your 4 legged friends if you have them and I did. Good wifi that my booster picked up nicely. All the facilities were cleaned on a daily basis and the grounds are well maintained.
Overall great experience here. Highly recommended. Would stay here again. Oh and they give a military discount if that applies to you.
