In 2022 you are required to make a reservation to use the dump station. You can do that when you check in at the registration station. Only one of the two dumps is working, so they have to regulate the usage.

Fresh water is available and we were able to stop and fill our fresh water tank in the way in.

This is a great clean dump location, run by the city water dept. There are two bays. It gets busy on holiday weekends though.

This is a favorite campground of ours. We stay there every year for 4-5 nights. It is operated by the State Park and has flush toilets with clean showers. Some sites have full hookups while others have water and power. There are fantastic views looking out over the lake. The kids love to play in the water with kayaks and SUPs. Excellent cell phone coverage makes easy to get work done when I need to, using my Verizon hot spot.

We were back here again for our annual Independence Day trip. This campground doesn’t disappoint. Campground hosts are great and keep the campground clean. We love the proximity to the water, so we can use our SUPs and kayaks. Bathrooms and showers and centrally located. There are fireworks over the lake on the 4th, and this location is a great viewing point.

We stayed here as a stopover on our way to Glacier and then again on our way home from Glacier. It was perfect. Easy in and easy out. Showers were clean. Great location not far from the freeway exit, but far enough that there isn’t freeway noise.

We stay here frequently because of its proximity to Starlight Mountain Theater. It’s a 30 second walk to the theater seating. We have decided we like staying overnight here after the plays rather than marking the 1.5 hour dive home late at night. We love attending the plays that are produced here in the summer…great outdoor mountain setting. The RV spots offer water and electric and are level. Everything we need for a stay over after watching the plays.

We stayed in the first week of June, 2022. Sites were completely full. This is a great location within the park, and it has full hookups! Our site was mostly level, but we saw others that were very uneven. Gas station and camp store are very close, as is the visitors center. The lake is also right next to the campground. It is a great location from which to explore the rest of the park; we even took one day and drove up to Yellowstone and explored the southern part of that park.

We dry camped in early June 2022. Spaces were close together, but didn’t feel like the neighbors were on top of you. The bathrooms have running water and flush toilets. The dump station has fresh water that we used to fill our tank In the way in.

We enjoyed the location in the park to visit the Jenny Lake and Phelps Lake areas.

We love staying at Fish Creek. This was our third time staying here, and we loved every minute of it. Do your research on the sites before reserving though, as some are very not level and some are very small as to not fit an average size trailer. We reserved a spot along the lake and loved the access to the water. Also loved the quiet nature of the campground. There are no hookups at the sites, but there is a dump station that you can use to fill up with water on your way in and dump your tanks on the way out. Lots of things to do in Glacier! We even saw a bear on the road our ride the campground. There are bathroom facilities with running water and flush toilets in the campground loops, and there are showers available in one of the loops.
