Sites very close together. Grass. Lots of rules posted and unfriendly front desk staff makes us think they don't like the business they're in. LOTS of road noise. No fenced dog area, actually no real dog area at all. They have 3 min showers and the laundry now costs $2.50 for wash and $2.50 for dry. Expensive. Next time we will try the KOA here in Arco.

At first glance this looks like a very pretty campground, especially since part of it is right on the river, and there are lots of trees and boulders. However, the spaces have been shoe-horned in there, and you are elbow-to-elbow with your neighbors, who probably have screaming kids on bicycles or barking dogs. There are many large family groups with multiple vehicles and pavilion tents strung with lights. If you prize your privacy, your quiet, and your sanity, stay away from this campground.

This is a pretty little forested campground on a tiny creek, but the sites are very small and close together, and the road thru the campground is very cramped and hard to make the turns. Also, the road in from 395 is tight, narrow, windy, and lots of overhanging trees. We brought our 24" Class C in and felt lucky to make it. Too stressful so won't go back again. We did check out the campground even further up the road and it was worse and even harder to get around in. These campgrounds are really more for tent campers in my opinion.
