Campground was clean, beautiful and spacious! Tons of space between campsites. Close to the river! Close to dump site. Close to bathrooms. Quiet. Two thumbs way up!

Great place; well maintained and clean. Sand pit with a slide for kiddos, pool, restaurant and bar, staff was super friendly. Neighbors were a little loud, but then again I have a toddler so we go to bed earlier than most. Dogs were barking a lot. Our site was right up against a busy street so you could hear street traffic and sirens all night which were loud. But other than the noise, it was nice. Lots of kids, friendly neighbors. Full hookups and full bars with AT&T. Stopped here for a night on our way home from the Bay Area, great price, wouldn’t mind stopping here again.

I can’t say enough good things about Atlatl Campground and Valley of Fire State Park! We pulled in on a rainy Friday morning at 9:30am. Entrance to the park was $10 for NV residents. We got to Atlatl Campground shortly after that. Went right to the RV hookups section of the campground which was clearly labeled and easy to find. There were only two spots open, which was perfect since there were 2 RV’s (plus an SUV) in our party. After taking both spots and see how large they were, and reading the info at the pay station, we realized we could park two vehicles in one spot, so we chose site #29 (if I remember correctly) which was at the base of an amazing rock hike spot!

We did park all 3 of our vehicles in 1 spot, and no one seemed to notice or mind, and still had plenty of room!

Campground was incredibly clean, including bathrooms and showers. It was really peaceful and quiet, which we apologized to all our neighbors in advanced since we had 4 kids until 10 years old and not the quietest of children, but no one seemed to mind!

Everyone was super friendly. Lots of dogs for our kids to play with. Tons of fun climbing rocks for the kids to play on and us to hike up! Gorgeous sunset and sunrise. Weather was perfection even though it rained for the first few hours, it was still lovely. Tons of sightseeing, trails and hiking within short walking/driving distance of the campground.

Just an hour and a half outside of Vegas, quick and relatively easy drive for our 31’ Class C RV.

Will definitely be coming here again, many times!

We were just passing through on our way from Vegas to Zion, and stay one night. Arrived at 4pm, staff with super friendly. Resort was really clean, laundry room was clean and $1.50/wash & dry. It was really quiet after 9pm. Small, but cozy. We left just after check out the next day and would definitely be back again!
