Hi- checked in at a beautiful farm house with a wonderful front porch- full time residence of the park owners. Lots of full time / seasonal residents but they see,Ed to be in their own area of the park. Transitory RVers we’re in their own section. Nice level sites, paved with grass in between. Full hookups, bath house, inconvenient laundry facilities. Small store open on the weekends only in the spring. Basketball courts, childrens playgrounds and dog run - all seem very nice.

This park is out in rural south South Bend- but it’s a very upscale community which is surprising considering how horrible some of the roads are. But once you get into town, tons of shopping and restaurants (15-20 min). Cute little towns in the area, definitely worth exploring.

Nice level paved spots, with grass on both sides of the RV. Nice greenway for pets ( not fenced). Beautiful lobby / clubhouse with great seating and nice TV. Was able to receive several packages there without hassle. 2 laundry rooms and bathrooms but I didn’t check them out. Lots of food and shopping nearby for anything you forgot. Would stay here again.

$1K/ month- stayed in the long term area. Park is great- semi level sites, weekend activities, plenty of parking, small store, soft serve ice cream, pool, playground, tennis court, basketball court, bocce ball, arcade and game room, and a very good sized laundry. Located about 10 min to Geneva and Waterloo, 5 min to a big outlet mall, 35 min to outskirts of Rochester and 45 min to Syracuse. I originally booked 1 week and as soon as I arrived I knew I wanted to stay longer to check out everything in the area, and I’m so glad I did!

Semi-decent paid WiFi if you need it.

Quiet RV Park with all sites being pull through with full hookups (50amp). Ask the manager for the WiFi password and combo to the bathrooms/showers. Pet friendly- no extra fees or questions. Public laundry on site and run by the RV manager.
Dave, the RV manager is super nice and friendly- he even helped to show me how to setup my hookups.
I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

Nice size spaces in B loop- very busy on the weekends. Nice store and easy to purchase wood for campfires. Relatively level camp sites but narrow paved parking spots with no vehicles allowed to be on the grass. Minimal visitor parking near campsites. Short drive down to the lakeside area, with beautiful views of Erie. Lots of hiking and biking trails. Park is well maintained- I saw B loop being taken care of twice a week while I was here. Very convenient to town- gas, groceries and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Good roads, easy to find. Large campground with mostly full timers/ seasonal. Friendly front staff. Most nightly spots are pull throughs. E/W only, no S, however there is a dump location on site. Good WiFi, which makes me happy as I couldn’t get my T-MOBILE hotspot to connect. See pics of spots ( no shade), pool, store and office. I would come back for a quick trip through, but not for a longer stay.

E/W only at the sites. All paved sites, with decent road in from the byway (2 miles). 10 min to town with lots of shopping and food options. Site 50 is a pull through with 180 degree water views from the front. I even had water views of an inlet off to the side. Not a lot of people in the park this time of the year, so it was very quiet. Park staff were super nice and helpful, would definitely come again.

There is a bit of a nerve-racking drive getting here (especially the narrow bridge), but it’s well worth it. Full hookups, no WiFi, trash and recycling can be found at the beginning of the loop.
Fair number of pull throughs, along with back-ins and group sites. There is a full sized volleyball net close by along with a really nice outdoor amphitheater.
C Loop has showers and flush toilets
Park rangers came by daily to check parking permits (free with campsite) and to address any issues. Very friendly and willing to offer suggestions on what to see. Ask for a map of the local mountains to help identify them!
Highly recommend this Park, and would stay again.
