I highly recommend the Ocean Sands Beach Boutique Inn!! While it’s evident the inn is older and could use some cosmetic touch-ups, you can’t beat its price, the kindness of the employees/owner and the fact that it has its own beach access. One simply needs to walk out of the inn, cross the highway then walk down a small embankment and onto the beach! Our biggest reason for the beach was to look for shells. We couldn’t have asked for a better beach! The moment we began walking down the embankment, we were met with a beach covered in shells. And these shells weren’t shattered or broken; they were whole! The inn also provides an outdoor shower to rinse the beach sand off and free snacks (popcorn, cookies, etc.) as well as the option for guests to take beach chairs to the beach.
