Campsite doesn’t have much around it. Walk/drive to the beach. Fair condition. Bathrooms needed more attention. Wi-Fi nonexistent. Note: don’t pay for the outside Wi-Fi it doesn’t work much better than the KOA Wi-Fi.

Nice spaces, not too close together, well laid out. Bathrooms are warm and have plenty of hot water. Bathrooms are older and could use some TLC. Only had one operational laundry that needed TLC too. In their defense they were upgrading both laundry areas in few days.
In general, there’s not a lot to see/do in the area. It was a good place to stop after taking 299 from Redding. That’s another story!

Older park. Many trees. It was dark at night which is nice compared to many other place with too much light. Relatively quiet, except Site 32 was next to the road the full timers use to go to work in the morning
Bathrooms adequate. Nice that they’re heated.
The short term camping area was pretty vacant. Our site was very unlevel for the camper and just to walk on. Not sure why we got that site when there were so many open and level sites available. Wi-Fi totally nonfunctional. Cellular good enough.

Pros: landscaped, tidy, good sized spaces with easy access, each site has table and chairs. Clean large heated shower rooms (only 2). Verizon 2 bars but adequate to stream videos.
Cons: traffic noise, weak Wi-Fi.
