The attendant was rude from the moment we walked in. Proceeded to give us a key to a room that was already filled. Then was rude when fixing the situation. The next room didn’t have heat or air working so we changed rooms again and had to deal with this disrespectful incompetent employee yet again. The water never stayed the same temperature because of other rooms using water you went through burning hot and freezing cold phases of a shower. I’ve stayed at may holiday inn’s and they’ve all been great, but this place isn’t worth a cent.
